Yes Virginia, there is a TOC, et.al.
The table of contents is accessed from an icon on the book’s window menu bar. Click to select and jump directly to that place. It goes away when focus is put back on the book itself. Maybe a TOC nav pane would be nice.
The manual is well written. Clean, concise, with very understandable explanations. Starting there, given iBook highlighting, notes, links to Omni support documents (web pages), and my creating OmniFocus events for later study I’d say this user manual is quite user friendly and eminently useful.
Useless
No TOC? No Index? Nonsense.
“Oh, but you can just search for whatever you want!”. Really? Only if I can guess what word was used for it. Otherwise, I’m clueless as to where it might appear in the book.
Just because we’ve liberated certain content from the tyranny of paper doesn’t mean we need to throw the baby out with the bathwater. Give me ALL the reasonably available search tools, not just the “modern” ones. Is that so hard?

Great resource
Since electronics no longer come with a user manual book, it's hard for people to understand quite how it may operate. This app provides you with so many tutorials to choose from, it's hard to choose just one.
Not only does it provide instructions on basic info like how to send a text or place a call or remove an application, but it also includes manuals to better understand how other third party applications can be used to help with everyday organization or creating a document or presentation for running your business. Multiple resources in one place.

This app is very resourceful in getting to know your new iPhone. There are many different topics to choose from then the standard iOS system. For example they have certain big named apps that I can look at and learn some neat and handy tips for those apps. Some of which I never had known, and now those tips have made it easier for me to navigate around the app. Overall this is a very useful app to have to learn tips all around iOS and apps in general. Big thumbs up to the developer of this app in making it easier for everyone. Thank you!!

Application instructions are very great. this application extremely useful. especially for those who are newer to use iPhone or ipad like me. Also you will find the user manual for other software, such as office software suite or Photosop. This app will teach you how to use all the functions of the iPhone or iPad and the software on the computer anymore with many tips and tricks . and in particular, including image guidance should be very easy to understand. Thanks the author. I hope the next version will free much more guidance package.
